Tiffany is a PANE character played by ReiRaa. She made her first apperance in "Territory Unknown".

Appearance

Tiffany is not too tall, but not too short either with her 5'4" with high heels. Without her heels, though, she's a bit shorter, obviously(about 5'3"). She cares a lot about her appearance and weight, so she's actually pretty thin. She weighs about 105lbs, and she'll never forget to comb her hair, paint her nails and brush her teeth. So, it's also her hygiene that's good. Her body is rather petite in building, but toned well. Being a teenager, she do got curves, though. It isn't too much or too little, it just fits her body type perfectly. Her skin is also very white and looks pure. During winter her skin is plain snow white.

Her eyes are big and crystal blue in color, and her hair is long and blond, it reaches her butt, but it curls naturally at the end, so it may be longer than that. A little part of her hair is not as long as the rest, so she always ties it up in a tiny ponytail to make it look chic. She also has side-swept bangs, that doesn't cover her eyes. It always annoys her, if she gets hair in her eyes.

Tiffany's fashion style is rather feminine, she always wear dresses, high heels, a bracelet and a little bit of make-up. She's very interested in fashion, and seems to always have a good knowledge of what would suit herself as well as other people and Pokémon. You will never see her wear anything green, since she believes it's a color for boys only. She doesn't mind it when other girls wear that color, though, it's just not a color for her. In contests, she also makes sure to wear dresses, but of course something more fancy than her normal look.

All in all she looks pretty "clean". Even her fragrance smells like a rose, which is from the perfume she always use. She gets even more feminine when you hear her talk, since her voice is very high-pitched, but not in a loud and annoying way. It's more like that of sweet-voiced "Sandara Park".

Personality

Despite her "snobbish" looks, Tiffany has a heart made of pure gold. She's always happy, smiles a lot, is extremely polite and is a total optimist. It's raining outside, she has no umbrella, but it would still be a pleasure to her; "enjoying and feeling the weather". Tiffany do sometimes get sad, though. In fact, she's way more likely to get sad and cry than angry and violent. It's just not part of her nature.

She tends to trust people easily, and very quickly takes a liking to new people. It's actually that extreme that she still has to meet a person that she dislike. She believes there's goodness in everyone, no matter how bad they whether may appear. One of her most visible traits, is her blunt, straight-forward and frank way of behaving. She seldom keeps her thoughts to herself, instead, she'll gladly share her heart out and let other people know how she feel and think. It sometimes scares other people that she's like that, just as how it has resulted in lots of misunderstandings, as she tends to say things that easily can be interpreted as something highly offending, when she, in her mind, is complimenting the other person.

Also, she's not scared of physical contact the least bit. She actually thinks it's important that two people touch each other a lot, when interacting with each other. She has a habit of randomly grabbing another person's hand, as well as grab or hide behind their back if she gets scared, also hugging other people as a greeting and when she gets overly excited about something.

She's very out-going, energetic and not the least bit shy at all. She's that of a social butterfly. Which is probably due to her time as an only child. She have always had tons of responsibilities and had always been forced to talk to lots of strangers, so she's good at talking with other people, and is highly talkative. She finds no one boring, and is easily entertained in a social company.

She's very caring and tends to put others before herself, which can lead Tiffany to become restless and nervous at times, as she feels something's missing, when in reality it is her own desires and lusts. If anyone asks Tiffany for help, she'll drop anything in her hands and do her best to solve that person's problem, no matter how hard and stupid it may seem.

Tiffany might have Pokémon and all, but she absolutely hates to battle. She hates it as much as she hates watching Pokémon battles. She usually becomes overly worried during a battle, because the Pokémon hurt each other and it really confuses her. But she won't interrupt other people and their battles, in most cases she'll just walk away. She hates seeing other people and Pokémon in a bad mood, because that's how her mother usually was during her childhood, so she feels it's her responsibility to make other people happy and feel good.

Tiffany's close friends would describe her as aloof, dense and an idiot. She has a hard time understanding sarcasm and some jokes, which tends to annoy the people around her. But again, it's due to her mother never, ever telling her any jokes as a small child. So she thinks everyone talks seriously too, just the way her mom did. And about the dumbness? Let's just say she tends to say strange things, at strange times, and sometimes to strange people. She's also rather forgetful, and it's sometimes so extreme, it's like that of a goldfish. But she has a good imagination, and is likely to make up things she "thinks" are right, if she doesn't have the answer to something.

When dealing with Pokémon and kids, Tiffany is seen much smarter, mature, calm, collected and very mother-like. She's very protective and caring towards Pokémon and young people(mostly from ages 0 - 10).

Charlie Song (Father)

Charlie is Tiffany's father, and a very wellknown sailor/captain. Tiffany most probably inherited her hair color from Charlie, as well as her kind and gentle nature. He was also the one that told Tiffany to never lose her smile. His status as a very famous captain, has earned Tiffany lots of great possibilities and luck among other sailors. Charlie and Tiffany were very close the first 8 years of her life; they always had time for each other and played quite often. That's until Charlie got the order from the government, that he had to lead their most important ships, and sail all over the World, to deliver different products, so from that day on he weren't able to be with his family as much as he used to. In fact, in average he returned to his home in Slateport City once a year, and for a very short amount of time. Despite everything, Charlie and Tiffany kept being attached to each other. Whenever Charlie returned home from work, he always had plenty of gifts and presents for Tiffant and Wendy; he were the one who gave Tiffany all of her Pokéballs, her Xtransceiver(so that she could contact him whenever it pleased her) and even her first Pokémon(just when it was still an egg). By the time the Pokémon egg hatched into her Wynaut, Lucky, Charlie started to get home much more often than he used to. He felt very proud and happy that Tiffany had finally gotten a Pokémon, and always tried to train her into becoming a Pokémon Trainer, believing she would be the first one in the family to go out on a Pokémon journey. But his hope would soon be destroyed, as he started to notice how Tiffany freaked out whenever Lucky fainted, got hit and how nervous she got whenever she commanded her Pokémon to make a move. Charlie eventually stopped returning home at all, and Tiffany haven't really spoken to him since that time, so he probably still thinks she's a home studying to become a doctor.

Wendy Song (Mother)

Wendy is Tiffany's mother, and a stay at home mom that used to work behind the desk in a burger bar. During Tiffany's early years of life, she was always there for her daughter. She was a caring, mature, stable, trustworthy and smart mom. Always teaching Tiffany new things about life and appropriate manners, and she had quite a big amount of friends that would come over at their home from time to time. Wendy was very close to her husband, and loved him more tha anything, as he was the one that could calm her down by the end of a stressing day. But, at the time her husband, Charlie, was told to sail to every continent and deliver products, so that he rarely would be home, was Wendy's break-down. The more her husband was away from home, the more she turned into a mentally unstable person. She got a severe depression, and stopped doing house-work, so Tiffany had to do everything and turned into the new "mother-figure". Tiffany even made food for her mother, as well as going to the grocery store. Whenever Charlie returned home, Wendy immediately would feel better and function more normally. This especially was the case, when Tiffany got her first Pokémon and Charlie would visit quite often. Wendy now did the house-work once again; she did the dishes, went to the grocery store, watered the plants, made dinner and breakfast, ect. But all of a sudden Charlie stopped returning home... At all. Wendy now broke down once for all, and a few doctors came to take her away to a hospital for other people like her. Tiffany watched as her mother got carried away, but didn't really react on it. It was better for everyone this way.

• Tiffany has a weird habit of giving nicknames to anyone.
• Tiffany prefers Heal Balls over any other Poké Ball.
• Tiffany only knows of the Pokémon that can be found in Hoenn.
• Tiffany is scared of the dark. She is also afraid of deep water, heights and Ghost-type Pokémon.
• Tiffany is an excellent cook, both with human food, as well as Pokémon food. It's due to the time she had to take care of herself.
• Tiffany has no trouble falling asleep anywhere at anytime.
• Tiffany is an extrovert, and it drains her energy when she doesn't have anyone to talk to.
• Tiffany is oblivious to flirting.

Trivia

• I got the idea for Tiffany's name from the South Korean girl-group singer, Tiffany Hwang.
• Tiffany's personality is based off another OC of mine. Tiffany is just way smarter than her.
• I listened to the "Slateport City" theme on repeat while making her sprite, hence why I decided she should live in Slateport City.
• Her last name "Song" is Korean. I wanted it to look as English/American as possible, though.
• I always imagine the "Rival Theme" from "Black & White" when Tiffany has to fight, or faces a dangerous situation.
